How do I create a song?
Creating a song with SongCraft is simple. Open the app and tap the create button. Describe the song you want — include the occasion (birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc.), the style or mood you prefer, and any personal details or messages you want included. Our AI will generate custom lyrics and produce an audio recording of your personalized song within moments.
How do I share a song?
Once your song is generated, you can share it directly from the app. Tap the share button on any of your songs to get a shareable link or to share via your favorite messaging apps and social media. Recipients can listen to the song without needing a SongCraft account.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings and tapping "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your personal data, song history, and generated audio files within 30 days. Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@heijnesdigital.com. How do I manage my subscription?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. If you subscribed via Stripe, you can manage your subscription through the app's Settings page. To cancel, make sure to do so at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
My song didn't generate correctly. What should I do?
AI-generated songs may occasionally not match your expectations. Try providing more specific descriptions, such as the genre, mood, tempo, and key details you want mentioned.
