By accessing or using any product or service offered by Heijnes Digital ("Company"), including SettleIn, SongCraft, DailyDuel, and DateGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Heijnes Digital provides mobile applications and related services. Each product has its own specific features and functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our products offer paid features, either as one-time purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. Refund policies are subject to the respective platform's terms. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Heijnes Digital and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Several of our products use artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, or analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should not be considered professional advice. Financial information in our apps is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heijnes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our services or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
