Permanently delete your SongCraft account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your SongCraft account directly from within the app by following these steps:

  1. Open SongCraft and go to Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your SongCraft account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Your account information (email address, profile data)
  • Your entire song history and all song requests
  • All generated audio files stored in your account
  • Usage data and preferences associated with your account
  • Any remaining credits or active subscription benefits

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any songs you want to keep before deleting your account.

Alternative: Delete via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to privacy@heijnesdigital.com from the email address associated with your SongCraft account. Please include "SongCraft Account Deletion" in the subject line. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. To avoid being charged after account deletion, make sure to cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions before deleting your account.
