How do I get started?

Download PupCoach, create an account, and enter your puppy's breed, name, and birthday. The app will immediately start generating personalized training lessons based on your puppy's breed and age.

How do I use the emergency toolkit?

If your puppy is biting, crying, or being destructive, tap the Emergency button on the home screen. You will see instant quick tips for the specific issue, and you can get more detailed AI-powered guidance by tapping "Get AI Help".

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings and tapping "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your personal data, puppy information, training history, and progress within 30 days. Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@heijnesdigital.com. For more details, visit our account deletion page.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through the Apple App Store. Go to your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. To cancel, make sure to do so at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Can my partner or family also use PupCoach for the same puppy?

Yes! With the Pro plan, you can create a household and invite family members. Everyone shares the same puppy profile, sees the same progress, and can be assigned specific training tasks. Go to the Home screen and tap "Household" to get started.
