- I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password. - I can't log in
Make sure you've confirmed your email address. Check your spam folder for the confirmation email. - How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > scroll down > "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data.

- What's included in Premium?
Premium includes: 50 AI coach conversations/day, 20 scam detections/day, 500MB document storage, full buddy matching & chat, 30 document translations/day, 30 live translations/day, gestor contact info & reviews, and all language lessons. - Is it a subscription?
No! SettleIn Premium is a one-time purchase. Pay once, use forever. No recurring fees. - How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings > tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

The AI Coach answers your questions about immigration, visas, housing, and settling in. Just type your question and get personalized guidance. - How does Scam Detection work?
Paste a rental listing or job offer URL, and our AI will analyze it for common scam indicators and red flags. - How does Buddy Matching work?
Complete your profile, and we'll match you with other expats who made similar moves. Chat and share experiences! - Are my documents secure?
Yes! Documents are encrypted and stored securely. Only you can access them.
Troubleshooting
- The app is running slowly
Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. - Features aren't loading
Check your internet connection. Some features require an active connection to work. - I found a bug
