How to delete your DailyDuel account and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the DailyDuel app:
- Open DailyDuel and go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your personal data (email address, display name)
- Your submission history
- Your voting history
- Your leaderboard entries, scores, and streaks
- Your account preferences and settings
Please note that content you submitted to completed challenges may persist within those challenges, but your personal identifiers will be removed.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it through the Apple App Store or your Stripe account before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Alternative: Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at privacy@heijnesdigital.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
